Our Origin
Bifang Studio takes its name from the Bifang bird, a legendary creature from the Shan Hai Jing—the Classic of Mountains and Seas, one of China’s most ancient mythological texts. The Bifang bird, a one-legged firebird, is said to have brought the first sacred fire to the world, symbolizing renewal, transformation, and the eternal cycle of life.

From this mythical fire, the universe was believed to form the Five Elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Gold(Metal), and Water—the foundation of Chinese wellness philosophy.
