+What is the return policy?

 

• Due to the special of products, we are sorry that we cannot accept  return or refund once the incense is ignited.
• If there are any issues with the product during transportation, for example you receive damaged products, get a wrong piece, receive one or more items missing, please contact us at mythosculturebifang@gmail.com within 7 days upon arrival, and send detailed photos with the order number. If we confirm the situation, we will ship again.
