EU Right of Withdrawal (European Orders Only)

1.Eligibility and Scope

This policy applies strictly and exclusively to consumers residing within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations.

2.Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

3.Important Exceptions

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to, or will be voided by, the following conditions:

- Sealed Fragrance & Wellness Products (Health & Hygiene): This includes, but is not limited to, incense sticks, incense cones, incense coils, electronic incense materials, and lifestyle fragrance blends. Due to the nature of these products for olfactory, spatial wellness, and hygiene reasons, they are strictly non-returnable once the original protective seal, wrapping, or product packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with.

- Used Incense Holders & Burners: Any incense holders, burners, or ash catchers that have been used, lit, or contain any trace of ash, residue, scent, or heat discoloration are strictly excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they can no longer be restored to a resaleable, brand-new condition.

- Altered or Damaged Home Decor: For home decor artifacts and aesthetic objects, goods must be returned in their original, pristine condition with all protective packaging intact. The right of withdrawal is voided if the items show any signs of display, wear, scratches, or minor alterations that deviate from how they were received.

- Customized or Personalized Items: Goods made tailored to your specific requests or clearly personalized.
