• Our products are handmade, and we will do our best to fulfill your order and ensure shipment within 48 business hours, except during public holidays. (Note: Orders placed between Feb 8–22 will be shipped starting Feb 23 due to public holidays.)
• Once the order is shipped, it is expected to arrive within 8–17 business days. You can check the shipping status once you have the tracking number we send.
